Secondary Market Property Consultant

About the role

Richmond Properties is seeking a motivated Secondary Market Property Consultant to join its fast‑growing Dubai brokerage. You will work with high‑end residential listings, guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process, and contribute to the firm’s ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and secure property listings in Dubai’s secondary market.
• Manage buyer enquiries, match clients with suitable properties, and conduct viewings.
• Provide expert market advice and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, new opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Track and follow up leads using the company CRM system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai’s secondary real‑estate market is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to build a client portfolio.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
