Security Officer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Technip Energies is seeking a Security Officer to join its Abu Dhabi site. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will help maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors and company assets across a large industrial campus.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas regularly to detect suspicious activity and ensure overall site security.
• Control access at entrances, exits and checkpoints, verifying identification and authorisations.
• Monitor CCTV and other security systems, reporting alarms, breaches or unusual behaviour.
• Respond promptly and calmly to incidents, emergencies and disturbances.
• Prepare daily security logs, incident reports and hand‑over notes for the next shift.
• Report theft, vandalism, trespassing, safety hazards and policy violations immediately.
• Assist emergency services and follow company emergency procedures when required.
• Secure doors, gates, windows and sensitive areas during and after shifts.
• Support loss‑prevention and safety‑compliance initiatives across the premises.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, guarding or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, access control and emergency response.
• Strong observation, communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to stay alert and act responsibly under pressure.
