Security Team Leader – Luxury Resort

About the role

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a proactive Security Team Leader to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors. You will oversee daily security operations at this flagship eco‑conscious resort, supporting both routine patrols and high‑profile events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, maintaining visibility, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
• Coordinate shift briefings, patrol schedules, and coverage for special events and VIP movements.
• Act as the primary contact for security‑related enquiries and emergency protocols.
• Handle incidents, guest concerns, and emergencies calmly, ensuring accurate reporting and follow‑up.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of security experience in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting and administrative tasks.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to balance safety and guest experience.
• Team player with leadership qualities, accuracy, and attention to detail.
