Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will join Be You Clinics in Dubai, overseeing the clinic’s accounting operations on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, managing payables and receivables, and ensuring accurate month‑end close and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow, including payment processing.
• Execute month‑end closing activities and prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and cost‑control analyses to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, accounting standards and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits and continuously improve financial processes.
• Provide financial insights and reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, administration and management teams to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Strong financial accounting and reporting expertise, including general ledger management and month‑end close.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for cost control.
• Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management.
• Knowledge of UAE accounting standards, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software, ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
