About the role

Lazard, a leading global financial advisory and asset management firm, is expanding its presence in the Middle East with a new office in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a Senior Analyst/Associate to join our team and deliver best‑in‑class M&A advisory services across the UAE and the region.

Key responsibilities

Origination – prepare pitch materials and monitor investors and market dynamics.
Execution – draft process documents, manage transaction processes, and build detailed financial models.
Coverage – conduct in‑depth sector research and produce analytical papers on target companies.

Required profile

Graduated from a top‑tier business or engineering school.
Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Ability to produce and present technically written materials and client pitches.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask across multiple projects.
Regional or UAE experience is required.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency with the Office Suite.
Experience using investment‑banking tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet and Dealogic.
