About the role
Lazard, a leading global financial advisory and asset management firm, is expanding its presence in the Middle East with a new office in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a Senior Analyst/Associate to join our team and deliver best‑in‑class M&A advisory services across the UAE and the region.
Key responsibilities
- Origination – prepare pitch materials and monitor investors and market dynamics.
- Execution – draft process documents, manage transaction processes, and build detailed financial models.
- Coverage – conduct in‑depth sector research and produce analytical papers on target companies.
Required profile
- Graduated from a top‑tier business or engineering school.
- Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Ability to produce and present technically written materials and client pitches.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask across multiple projects.
- Regional or UAE experience is required.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with the Office Suite.
- Experience using investment‑banking tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet and Dealogic.
