Senior Analyst, Shareholder Relations

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Shareholder Relations will lead the preparation and delivery of financial reports, cash calls, and billing statements for shareholders and joint‑venture partners. The role ensures compliance with ADNOC Accounting Guidelines, IFRS, and concession agreements while providing clear financial insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Validate cost‑optimisation initiatives and value‑creation projects across concessions.
• Extract, verify, and reconcile financial data from SAP and related systems.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, cash calls, billing statements, and reconciliations for shareholders and concession partners.
• Support internal and external audits related to shareholder and JV reporting.
• Coordinate joint‑venture and shareholder financial activities, acting as the primary finance contact.
• Analyse performance variances, key cost drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and business‑planning processes for concessions.
• Drive improvements in reporting efficiency, reconciliation quality and cycle times.
• Participate in finance transformation, automation and digital reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with strong experience in shareholder or joint‑venture reporting.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and corporate accounting standards.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and governance committees.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
