Senior Assistant – Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Assistant – Analytics to support the Retail Credit department at Dubai Islamic Bank. The role focuses on managing data, generating reports, and assisting in system implementations to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Retail Credit department databases and produce daily and ad‑hoc reports.
• Develop KPI performance reports for all RC teams and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Design turnaround‑time (TAT) reports to verify that deals are completed within SLA limits.
• Support RC teams by designing and enhancing new systems to improve workflow efficiency.
• Automate daily reporting processes to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
• Assist the project manager with new system implementations and modifications.
• Develop and import de‑duplication applications (e.g., Blacklist Search Engine) and verify data availability.
• Prepare fraud‑related ad‑hoc reports and meet monthly central bank data requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience managing data warehouses or information centers and developing software systems within large organizations.
