Senior Associate Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate Auditor to join RAI’s growing audit practice in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing audit strategies, managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality audit deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare audit strategies and business plans for client engagements.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with team members and client personnel.
• Take responsibility for small components of audit engagements and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Draft concise and precise audit reports.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or ICAEW (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of audit experience, including at least three years with a Big 4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
