Senior Associate Information Security – Emirati

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate Information Security professional to manage and monitor our information security framework in Dubai. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices while supporting enterprise security, data governance, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s information security governance framework, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct security assessments, risk reviews, and control evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation.
• Monitor cybersecurity controls, KPIs, and risk metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management.
• Review security configurations, user privileges, network controls, and infrastructure settings for compliance with best practices.
• Support technology initiatives by performing security reviews, identifying risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain and test incident response capabilities, ensuring effective preparation, response, and recovery from security events.
• Assist with compliance activities, internal and external audits, and regulatory obligations related to information security and data protection.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information security, risk management, and compliance within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with risk, assurance, and IT teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
