Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative – Cardio

About the role

Amgen is seeking a senior‑level professional to drive the promotion of its cardiovascular portfolio across Dubai. The role combines strategic territory planning with direct engagement of healthcare providers to ensure patients receive innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the manager to create and execute territory and key‑account plans.
• Monitor monthly progress, adjust tactics and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs and value‑access teams to align objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer information in the CRM system and follow through on commitments.
• Operate within the approved expense budget and prioritize activities.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and selling skills through training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven sales success in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector, preferably in cardiovascular or endocrinology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM databases.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
