Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep healthcare expertise to lead our Scenario Library and Business Requirements Documentation. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work closely with clinical, legal and technology stakeholders to ensure clear, actionable requirements for vendor scoping and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Scenario Library, writing user‑story format scenarios with detailed edge cases and ownership.
• Maintain and evolve the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and support the Master Open Decisions Register.
• Translate ratified scenarios into RFP‑ready requirements for implementation and subcontracted technology partners.
• Ensure naming, ID consistency and version control across BRD, scenario, decision and risk documents.
• Prepare scenario‑specific companion documents for NDA‑gated partners when required.
• Support the Risks and Assumptions Register with clear descriptions, owners and mitigation paths.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to align business scenarios with technical architecture decisions.
• Work with Product Management to feed validated requirements into backlog and sprint planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare, insurance or a clinically regulated environment.
• Proven ability to write user‑story format requirements and build scenario/use‑case libraries for complex platforms.
• Experience maintaining BRDs, open decision registers, RACI‑style ownership models and requirement traceability documentation.
• Strong communication skills to work with clinical, legal, technology and senior stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with triage, severity frameworks, emergency response protocols or clinical escalation pathways is a plus.
