Medical Director

About the role

The Medical Director role is a part‑time, remote position providing clinical leadership and oversight for medical programs and initiatives. You will ensure adherence to evidence‑based guidelines, develop patient‑care standards, and support quality‑improvement and patient‑safety efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve clinical protocols and ensure they follow evidence‑based guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, offering guidance on complex cases.
• Contribute to the development of patient‑care standards and clinical policies.
• Support quality‑improvement, patient‑safety initiatives, and strategic planning.
• Participate in creating educational materials or training and provide expert input on regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Board certification or equivalent clinical experience with a strong foundation in medicine.
• Specialty expertise in areas such as Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology.
• Active medical license in good standing (or eligibility) and relevant clinical practice experience.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, or medical oversight roles.
• Excellent clinical judgment, analytical ability, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working remotely with strong organizational reliability in a part‑time capacity.
