Senior Business Analyst – Holidays (Airline Platforms)

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst – Holidays you will drive functional analysis for airline holiday platforms, focusing on Amadeus Passenger Service System configuration and digital delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders, digital and architecture teams, technology partners and clients to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, refine and document business requirements for hotel booking, servicing and holiday platform capabilities.
• Define end‑to‑end functional flows across booking, manage‑your‑booking, consumption, servicing and exception scenarios.
• Deep dive into Amadeus PSS processes, including PNR creation, updates and related booking flows.
• Collaborate with digital, architecture, business and IT stakeholders to validate designs, identify impacts, dependencies, risks and gaps.
• Translate business needs into structured Jira stories to support delivery in complex IT environments.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise in Amadeus PSS and airline digital ecosystems, becoming a trusted reference point.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in airline or travel domain.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex booking and servicing processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and adapt to client‑driven project timelines.
