Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Risk Management

About the role

The Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager will support the Functional Quality and Performance Lead Partner and the Functional Risk Management Partner in day‑to‑day advisory quality and risk initiatives. You will help embed a culture of quality, compliance, ethics and integrity while leading risk management for large transformation projects within the Advisory service line.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the F‑QPLP/F‑RMP and their delegates in executing quality and risk management initiatives across Advisory.
• Lead risk management processes for large transformation projects that exceed defined thresholds, ensuring compliance with global and local policies.
• Maintain deep knowledge of local regulatory requirements and update internal policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate potential risks, escalating breaches and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare ad‑hoc risk reports, presentations and coordinate departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve system issues and drive continuous improvement of risk processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 72 months (6 years) of relevant experience in risk or quality management.
• Strong understanding of global and local quality and risk management policies, including the Global Quality & Risk Management Manual.
• Proven ability to lead risk management for large‑scale transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
