Senior Consultant - eDiscovery & Forensic Technology

About the role

EY’s Forensic Technology team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead eDiscovery and digital forensic engagements. You will work with a diverse client base across industries, applying advanced investigative techniques to support fraud detection, regulatory inquiries, and litigation response.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full data lifecycle from scoping and capture to analysis and reporting.
• Handle large, heterogeneous data sets to support investigations and disputes.
• Apply investigative data linking, social network analysis, and statistical methods to uncover hidden relationships.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and compliance teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art forensic tools and maintain the forensic technology lab.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital forensics and eDiscovery projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work on complex, data‑intensive cases.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Senior‑level expertise, capable of leading engagements end‑to‑end.
