Senior Consultant – Governance, Risk & Compliance Services

About the role

GRCS is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives for clients in the energy and industrial sectors. You will work closely with clients to assess risks, design management strategies and ensure regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop tailored risk‑management strategies.
• Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance frameworks and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions and client presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends through market research and incorporate best practices.
• Manage multiple projects, support business‑development proposals and travel to client sites as needed.

Required profile

• Engineering background (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum) with a master’s degree and relevant certifications.
• 4–7 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm, and solid understanding of operations, HSE, asset and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent presentation and data‑analytics skills using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
