About the role
We are partnering with a fast‑growing international law firm that is expanding its presence across the Middle East. The firm seeks a senior corporate and private‑wealth lawyer to join its Dubai/Abu Dhabi office, offering a modern, entrepreneurial platform with genuine autonomy and high‑quality cross‑border work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and international structuring.
- Advise family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals and founders on wealth preservation and investment strategies.
- Manage cross‑border deals and coordinate with overseas counsel.
- Develop and grow the firm’s private‑capital and family‑office practice in the Gulf region.
- Provide strategic counsel to founders and investors on corporate governance and fundraising.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with several years of experience in corporate, private‑wealth or family‑office matters.
- Proven track record in M&A, international structuring and cross‑border transactions.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Established network of high‑net‑worth clients or investors is a plus.
