Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our real‑estate digital initiatives across the UAE and international markets. You will own end‑to‑end performance campaigns, generate high‑quality buyer and investor leads, and optimise spend to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic display networks.
• Generate qualified leads for off‑plan, secondary, luxury and international investment properties while reducing CPL and improving ROAS.
• Implement advanced retargeting, audience segmentation, funnel optimisation and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to enhance lead quality, response time and branding consistency.
• Manage website performance, SEO strategy, landing‑page CRO and analytics reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in Dubai’s real‑estate sector and international markets.
• Proven ability to understand buyer psychology, build effective campaign funnels and work with CRM workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on lead quality, conversion rates and cost efficiency.

• SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite.
• CRM dashboards, heat‑map tools, conversion tracking, audience segmentation.
• Landing‑page CRO and website performance optimisation.
