Senior Engineer - OT Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to lead the deployment of OT Cybersecurity solutions within utility environments and master control centres in Abu Dhabi. The role combines hands‑on installation, configuration and integration of security technologies with detailed engineering documentation and commissioning support.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and integrate OT cybersecurity products in high‑ and low‑voltage substations.
• Design and commission infrastructure, including panel and cabinet builds, cabling, termination, labeling and as‑built documentation.
• Prepare high‑level and low‑level design (HLD/LLD) drawings and engineering packs.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and provide structured evidence for acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with PTW systems, method statements, risk assessments and UAE utility HSE standards.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience in OT, electrical‑telecom or cyber‑infrastructure projects for utilities, substations, rail or industrial sites.
• Proven track record delivering brownfield implementations, including cabling, panel supervision and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of OT network architecture, segmentation, zones and conduits.
• Familiarity with UAE HSE expectations (OSHAD, NEBOSH IGC, First Aid, Fire Fighting).
