About the role
Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead and support the delivery of projects in Dubai, ensuring they meet key performance indicators and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor project schedule and budget, raising concerns and managing corrective actions.
- Coordinate between Operations and consultants, ensuring alignment of scope and solutions.
- Manage small to medium‑size projects from inception through handover.
- Review and advise on fabrication, shop drawings and material submittals.
- Participate in design review meetings and contribute to value engineering.
- Check readiness of project drawings, manuals and final documents at completion.
- Support construction activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Facilitate smooth hand‑over to Operations and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution.
Required skills
- Effective project management.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving.
- Team‑player mindset.
