Senior ERP System Analyst – ERP/IT Services

About the role

Provide NMDC Group with reliable, up‑to‑date technology and ERP/IT services aimed at improving overall efficiency. The role requires deep experience in systems analysis, workflow configuration and ERP implementation, preferably with Oracle Fusion.

Key responsibilities

• Work with functional business units to understand processes, KPIs and organization structure, then design scalable workflow solutions and global reports.
• Collaborate with IT/ERP deployment teams on configuration changes, scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, reports and dashboards.
• Assist administrators, managers, super‑users and end‑users in effectively utilizing ERP system functionality.
• Manage internal IT/ERP projects, upgrades and change requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Document and maintain system customisations and training materials.
• Support functional migration, data conversion, cleansing, de‑duplication and maintenance.
• Create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing with functional teams.
• Provide monthly reports and feedback to Group IT Director/ERP Manager on overall ERP activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Science) or equivalent.
• Chartered Accountant, CPA, CMA or Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting for finance‑related applications.
• Certification in ERP applications is preferred.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in systems analysis, workflow configuration and ERP implementation.
