Senior Executive – Marketing Communication & Business Development

About the role

The Senior Executive – Marketing Communication & Business Development will support the Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. This position operates in a fast‑paced healthcare environment, requiring high adaptability and proactive problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage the Group CMO’s daily, weekly and monthly calendar.
• Organise internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation and follow‑up actions.
• Facilitate communication between the CMO’s office and other departments, ensuring information flow is accurate and timely.
• Prepare briefing documents, presentations and reports as needed.
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, acting as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive assistance or business support within a corporate setting.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in calendar and email management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
