Senior FF&E Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join a globally recognised interior design consultancy in Dubai. This senior position will lead the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) process from concept through to installation on high‑end residential, hospitality, and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and detailed specifications.
• Lead FF&E design packages across multiple luxury projects.
• Source bespoke furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories from global suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, pricing, and procurement processes.
• Produce detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and budgets.
• Oversee installations to ensure design intent is delivered on site.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior FF&E roles within luxury residential or hospitality design.
• Strong design sensibility with a refined eye for detail, materials, and finishes.
• Extensive knowledge of global suppliers and ability to source bespoke items.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in FF&E documentation and specification pack preparation.
