Senior Finance Specialist – Digital Services

About the role

Core42 is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to lead financial process transformation for its Digital Services division. You will evaluate existing workflows, strengthen controls, and support the implementation and optimisation of enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, as the company scales its AI‑powered cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long‑range financial plans.
• Support revenue recognition in line with IFRS and contractual terms.
• Analyse monthly client P&L statements, conduct variance analysis and highlight performance gaps.
• Maintain monthly balance‑sheet schedules for unbilled revenue, unearned revenue, accruals and deferred costs.
• Review client contracts, SOWs and pricing structures for commercial viability.
• Identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas through KPI analysis.
• Partner with finance, operations, IT and commercial teams to drive performance and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience (60 months indicated).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and revenue recognition principles.
• Proven ability to perform budgeting, forecasting and detailed variance analysis.
• Experience reviewing contracts and ensuring financial accuracy.
