Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

THC Consulting FZE is supporting a leading multinational organization in Dubai to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for the MENA region. The role offers a chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, provide high‑quality financial insights, and influence strategic decisions within a dynamic, internationally‑connected environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning processes for the MENA region.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed variance analysis.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to commercial, sales, and operational teams.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in line with IFRS and internal controls.
• Coordinate month‑end closing activities with accounting and shared‑service teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Support pricing, profitability, and investment analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance finance efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A or controlling within pharmaceutical, healthcare, aesthetics, or medical‑devices industries.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a proactive, business‑partner mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional and senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and regional financial regulations.
