Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

TradesApp is looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead finance across its Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels in the GCC. You will own FP&A, accounting, taxation and VAT compliance while partnering with business heads to drive profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning for all channels, delivering actionable insights and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and GCC tax regulations, manage filings, reconciliations and coordinate audits.
• Provide financial analysis, pricing strategies and investment evaluation for Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce teams.
• Monitor working capital, inventory and cash flow; drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a multi‑functional finance team; act as a finance business partner to senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Drive ERP upgrades, automation of accounting tasks and continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA) – mandatory.
• 8‑12+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3‑5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the retail sector, preferably multi‑store, multi‑channel or franchise environments.
• Hands‑on experience in the GCC/MENA region with strong knowledge of local tax and VAT regulations.
