Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst will support effective management decision‑making and business performance by delivering accurate financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, consolidation and data‑driven analysis. You will provide actionable insights into financial and operational performance, develop financial models and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement and automation across FP&A processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, forecasts and performance insights for senior leadership.
• Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, EBITDA, OPEX, CAPEX and working‑capital performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support financial consolidation across business units, subsidiaries and entities, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs and management reports to improve visibility of performance.
• Integrate data from ERP, BI, financial and operational systems to generate reliable business insights.
• Partner with business functions to evaluate performance, translate analysis into recommendations and prepare business cases, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline FP&A, reporting and consolidation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, reporting or related finance functions.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and consolidation activities.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
