Senior Full Stack Frontend Engineer

About the role

Ruya AI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Frontend Engineer to own and evolve the user‑facing layer of its core product, Quant. You will translate complex, data‑rich operator requirements into secure, reliable interfaces for government‑related users in high‑stakes environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the frontend experience using TypeScript and React.
• Build and integrate backend APIs with Node.js/Express and PostgreSQL.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and browser security measures.
• Deliver complex, data‑rich features and visualizations.
• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and reliability using observability tools.

Required profile

• Strong production experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development.
• Experience building backend services with Node.js and Express (or similar).
• Practical knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, data‑rich product features.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure content rendering.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
