Senior Fullstack Engineer (Dubai)

About the role

Sokin is seeking a passionate Senior Fullstack Engineer to join its fast‑growing payments platform team in Dubai. You will own the complete engineering lifecycle, from concept through production, and help shape the technical direction of a next‑generation B2B financial services product.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable backend services and contribute to frontend features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and cross‑functional teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead architectural decisions, establishing best‑practice patterns for reliability, performance and maintainability.
• Set up monitoring, alerting and support processes to guarantee operational excellence.
• Mentor junior developers, promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce high standards for quality, security and performance.
• Participate in troubleshooting, incident response and post‑mortem analysis to improve system resilience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in full‑stack development, preferably within payments or fintech environments.
• Strong ability to influence technical direction and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to code quality, performance optimization and reliable delivery.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward incident handling.
