Senior Global Marketing Director

About the role

As the Senior Global Marketing Director you will shape and execute Huda Beauty’s worldwide presence, steering major product launches and turning cultural moments into commercial success. You will lead a high‑performing global team and partner with Creative, Social, PR, Influencer, Media, E‑commerce and Retail functions to deliver integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the global marketing strategy and annual calendar.
• Lead 360° product launches and campaigns from concept through execution.
• Translate brand strategy into clear consumer propositions, storytelling and activation plans.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social, PR, Influencer, Media, E‑commerce, Retail and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Balance brand equity, cultural impact and commercial conversion in all plans.
• Use consumer, cultural and business insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain global consistency while allowing local market adaptation.
• Own performance reviews, campaign KPIs and post‑launch learnings.
• Build stronger marketing processes, prioritisation and ways of working.
• Lead, coach and develop the global marketing team.

Required profile

• Significant senior marketing experience within beauty, fashion, luxury, consumer or culturally relevant brands.
• Proven track record leading global brand strategy and large‑scale product launches.
• Strong commercial mindset linking marketing activity to consumer behaviour and business performance.
• Highly culturally aware with deep knowledge of beauty, pop culture and emerging trends.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of modern marketing across brand, social, creators, PR, media, retail and e‑commerce.
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to dive into detail and drive execution.
