Senior Go-to-Market Specialist – International Expansion

About the role

Amazon Ads is expanding its advertising solutions across EMEA markets and needs a senior Go‑to‑Market specialist to lead measurement and insight initiatives. You will act as the bridge between regional sales, global measurement teams, and product groups, driving product launches, adoption, and scalable enablement programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define launch plans for measurement products, identify pilot advertisers, and track post‑launch adoption.
• Build business cases for new measurement capabilities such as brand lift, offline attribution, and incrementality.
• Drive product testing and rollout readiness for conversion lift and multi‑touch attribution solutions across EMEA locales.
• Develop locale‑specific training, enablement sessions, and scalable playbooks for sales teams.
• Create and maintain a sales toolkit with templates, decision trees, and reference materials.
• Aggregate advertiser feedback, influence product roadmaps, and manage the regional measurement investment fund.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Go‑to‑Market, business development, sales or consulting experience.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases, storage).
• Experience in program management, metrics‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or PMP preferred.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
