Senior Growth Manager – Pakistan Market

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead user acquisition and lifecycle growth for the Pakistan market. You will work from our Dubai office, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design data‑driven initiatives that boost acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition through performance marketing, partnerships, referrals and growth campaigns.
• Increase engagement, repeat transactions and lifetime value by optimizing lifecycle and CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analyze customer behavior, segment users and conduct cohort analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments to improve conversion, activation and retention.
• Track, report and provide actionable insights on key growth metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Support and other teams to enhance the end‑to‑end customer experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth, CRM, performance marketing or customer lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented attitude.
