Senior Hospitality Advisory Consultant

About the role

Knight Frank is seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Advisory Consultant to join its Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism Advisory team in Dubai. The role involves leading high‑profile advisory assignments across the GCC hospitality sector and building long‑term relationships with governments, developers, investors and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market reports, feasibility studies, operator search, pre‑opening support and master‑plan advisory projects.
• Drive business development by engaging C‑suite decision‑makers and expanding the client base.
• Maintain regular contact with industry stakeholders, including operators, developers and asset managers.
• Review client deliverables at key milestones and ensure quality of in‑house data.
• Analyse asset‑management, supply‑demand, benchmarking and market‑research reports.
• Collaborate with partners to establish best practices, train the team and enhance reporting tools.
• Mentor junior staff and support the growth of the Asset Management line.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities and monitor department bad‑debt levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC hospitality market and experience with a top‑tier advisory firm.
• Background in hospitality asset management, either with an asset manager or developer.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and bids simultaneously.
• Excellent client relationship management and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
