Senior HR Executive – Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, a flagship eco‑conscious resort in Abu Dhabi. The role will lead HR operations, recruitment and employee engagement for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑managerial positions, including screening, scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring smooth induction and exit formalities.
• Organise and deliver employee engagement activities and recognition programmes.
• Support disciplinary investigations and maintain accurate employee‑relations documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering recruitment, engagement and operations for management review.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and UAE labour law, assisting with audits and inspections.
• Act as the first‑line HR contact for employees and managers, resolving queries and escalating complex cases.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, digitisation initiatives and SOP updates.
• Liaise with government agencies for documentation, licences and other HR‑related requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management or an international equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field.
• HR certification such as CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
• Minimum three years (36 months) of relevant HR experience.
