Consultant – Middle East

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Consultant for its Middle East team, based in Dubai. You will work on complex client challenges, conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to client‑ready deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, gather data, run surveys and interviews to generate insights.
• Analyze problems, test hypotheses and structure recommendations for client decision‑making.
• Produce client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, analyses, workshops and discussion materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues across industries and capabilities, with opportunities to travel domestically and internationally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree; no specific major required.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset, initiative and creativity.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Research and data‑analysis techniques.
• Presentation and communication skills for client‑facing work.
