Senior HSE Supervisor

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety, security, environment and quality (HSSEQ) initiatives on a major EPC project in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safe, sustainable delivery of the project while meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets through personal leadership.
• Provide HSSE guidance to the project and ensure the HSSE Management System is integrated into execution strategy.
• Monitor EPC Contractor performance against HSSE objectives and standards.
• Champion project safety culture, engagement activities and behavior-based safety.
• Identify, evaluate and resolve HSSE issues during the EPC phase.
• Coordinate HSSE activities with PMC construction engineers across disciplines.
• Oversee implementation of HSSE procedures, plans and audits by the EPC Contractor.
• Support investigations of HSSE concerns and communicate findings to management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in HSSE supervision on large EPC projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with EPC contractors, vendors and sub‑vendors.
• Experience conducting HSSE audits and managing non‑conformance reports.
