Senior IT Park Support Officer

About the role

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Officer - IT Park Support at Dubai Holding Entertainment. You will provide IT support across park operations, retail and F&B businesses, and serve end‑users throughout the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IT support services to park operations, retail and F&B businesses and end users.
• Troubleshoot systems and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
• Record all incidents and requests in the Service Desk and act on them promptly.
• Manage daily on‑site support issues and escalate to appropriate channels when necessary.
• Deploy and maintain IT equipment and software across the park.
• Support the park in various operational roles during busy periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of IT support experience in hospitality sectors such as parks, F&B or retail.
• Experience handling Point of Sale (POS) and other retail/F&B systems.
• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as MCP, MCSDT or CompTIA A+.
• Strong communication skills with business users at all levels.
