Senior Legal PA / Legal Executive Assistant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Black Pearl is seeking an experienced Senior Legal PA / Legal Executive Assistant to support a legal team of 7‑10 professionals within a prestigious investment organisation in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing high‑level administrative and personal assistance, managing confidential information, and ensuring the legal team operates efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative and personal assistant support to a senior legal team.
• Manage complex diaries, calendars, and schedule internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, appointments and travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
• Handle correspondence, emails and follow‑ups in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare, format, proofread and maintain confidential legal and business documents.
• Assist with presentations, reports, meeting materials and other documentation.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.
• Coordinate information exchange between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines, follow‑ups and outstanding actions, reminding senior stakeholders as needed.

• Highly organised and discreet with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and confident when working with senior legal professionals.
• Experience supporting senior legal teams in a confidential, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
