Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a Senior Manager to lead corporate finance activities across its international portfolio. You will work closely with the Director of Corporate Finance and senior leadership to ensure financial stability, compliance, and strategic planning for the group.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Corporate Finance in overseeing finance operations, treasury, and risk management.
• Own treasury and cash‑flow management for Jumeirah International and overseas entities, including monthly forecasting and reporting to Dubai Holdings.
• Manage banking relationships, mandates, signatories, and ensure compliance with group policies.
• Administer corporate credit cards and enforce internal controls.
• Lead insurance policy coordination, coverage tracking, advisory support, and claims management for hotels and entities.
• Conduct financial risk assessments, report gaps, and develop action plans.
• Support annual and long‑term capital‑expenditure planning and produce ad‑hoc finance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with Big 4 exposure and in‑house treasury, risk or insurance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field from a reputable university.
• Professional accounting qualification (Chartered or Certified Accountant) is desirable.
