Senior Manager - Operational Excellence

About the role

As Senior Manager of Operational Excellence you will lead EDGE’s Business Excellence function, driving a culture of continuous improvement across all UAE entities. You will own the end‑to‑end BizEx project portfolio, translate excellence assessments into finance‑validated opportunities, and ensure delivery of productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and close the FY EDGE Business Excellence portfolio, delivering a finance‑validated impact of AED 10 M and chartering the next‑year pipeline.
• Lead OpEx assessments across entities, converting findings into a pipeline of at least AED 5 M in opportunities.
• Deploy top‑down OpEx targets, coordinating with clusters to achieve AED 10 M in savings.
• Build and nurture a champion network to embed operational excellence as a self‑sustaining capability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Agile, AI and Industry 4.0 teams to ensure accurate impact measurement and avoid double‑counting.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business or operational excellence, preferably within a technology or defence environment.
• Strong track record of managing multi‑million‑AED project portfolios and delivering measurable productivity gains.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leadership across diverse entities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate assessment data into finance‑validated opportunities.
