Senior Manager Strategic Planning

About the role

VEON is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Planning to support the CEO Office and Chief of Staff. The role ensures strategic alignment across the Group, HQ and operating companies, and prepares high‑impact materials for the Board and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation of CEO and Board presentation decks by gathering inputs from HQ functions and operating companies.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency and alignment with Group priorities.
• Synthesize large volumes of information into clear executive narratives, including CEO/Chairman letters and leadership event agendas.
• Maintain the quality, coherence and consistency of all outputs produced by the CEO Office.
• Act as the central owner of content quality without independently generating Board material.

Required profile

• Proven ability to absorb and synthesize complex, multi‑source information.
• Strong executive communication and narrative‑building skills.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and board members.
• Senior‑level experience in strategic planning or corporate strategy.
