Senior Manager – Tax Technology & Transformation (GCC)

About the role

EY MENA’s Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead tax‑technology engagements across corporate, indirect and accounting compliance. You will drive end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, combining process redesign, data analytics, solution architecture and AI enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary workstreams from initiation through stabilization, ensuring governance, solution design and analytics delivery.
• Manage e‑Invoicing transformation, AI‑enabled use cases and change‑management activities.
• Coach project teams, coordinate stakeholders and oversee testing, deployment and adoption phases.
• Ensure high‑quality outcomes across requirements gathering, solution architecture alignment and software delivery lifecycle.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in tax transformation, tax technology, finance/compliance transformation or management consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and change‑leadership capabilities.
