Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead transfer pricing engagements within its International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) team in Dubai. You will work with corporate and private‑equity clients, translating complex data into actionable tax planning insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple transfer pricing projects from planning through documentation and audit defence.
• Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets and develop practical planning approaches.
• Coordinate globally with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Application of complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge.
• Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation and supporting audit defence.
