Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise Technical Consultant

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise Technical Consultant to support a government digital transformation project in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on designing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in an on‑premise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM solution architecture for on‑premise deployments.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain plugins, JavaScript, and .NET components.
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, and integration tasks.
• Configure and customize CRM to meet business requirements.
• Manage data relationships within the CRM database.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM on‑premise solutions.
• Previous work with UAE government entities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem‑solving abilities.
