Senior Planning Engineer – Offshore FEED Project

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead schedule development and control for the ADNOC Offshore CED Project. You will own the Integrated Master Schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start‑up, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Offshore requirements and project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and detailed Level 1‑3 schedules in Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines, monitor schedule performance, and analyse critical‑path activities.
• Prepare recovery and acceleration plans to address variances and forecast project completion dates.
• Coordinate schedules with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and the client to ensure seamless integration.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S‑curves, manpower histograms and KPI analyses for management and ADNOC Offshore.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years (144 months) of experience in project planning and control within oil & gas or large‑scale engineering projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules across multiple disciplines and phases.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret schedule data and support decision‑making.
