Projects Planning Supervisor

About the role

The Projects Planning Supervisor will lead the planning and execution of facility management, master planning, and infrastructure projects at Khalifa University. This role ensures that design, construction, and maintenance activities align with budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineering design, installation, maintenance, and construction projects, developing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate design and construction teams to meet project objectives, code compliance, and quality standards.
• Oversee selection of design teams, contractors, and consultants for minor projects and review submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Develop and implement facility reliability improvements using engineering tools and best practice SOPs.
• Mentor and train Project Coordinators, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience for expatriates or 4 years for UAE nationals.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale infrastructure and construction projects.
