Senior Pricing Marketing Analyst – Data‑Driven Campaigns

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Pricing Marketing Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Dubai. The role focuses on designing, testing and optimizing paid search and display campaigns across multiple platforms while building data models to improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines.
• Test, analyze and optimize display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and similar platforms.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, develop optimization models and create dashboards for account managers.
• Collaborate with analysts, strategists and data scientists to drive data‑driven marketing decisions.
• Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or science.
• 2+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, data‑centric environment.
