Senior Process Engineer - Offshore

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead offshore process design and engineering activities in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the delivery of sustainable energy projects while ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to engineering, design practices, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Standardise equipment specifications, drawings and document templates.
• Provide technical supervision to process designers and draftsmen.
• Prepare and review specifications, data sheets, vendor documents and technical reports.
• Manage process‑oriented studies, verification, detailed design and any design changes within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate weekly process discipline meetings, progress reporting and document approvals.
• Support Lead Engineer in quality monitoring and HSE management.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of ADNOC VIP/VAP assurance processes and relevant API standards.
• Proven experience in offshore process engineering within the energy or chemicals sector.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) practices.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
