Senior Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead development management services for a leading global real‑estate client in Dubai. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies through design, procurement, construction and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple development projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality standards.
• Act as the primary client representative, maintaining clear communication throughout all phases.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project progression.
• Oversee early‑stage planning, design development, procurement, construction and handover activities.
• Support feasibility studies, project strategy development and pre‑contract planning.
• Manage programme, cost, risk and quality controls across all phases.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, governance frameworks and industry best practice.
• Monitor progress against milestones and proactively resolve issues.
• Contribute to commercial and strategic decision‑making with internal and client teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project or development management, with at least 3 years in a senior project manager role.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale projects (AED 200M+) from inception to completion.
• Experience across both pre‑contract and post‑contract stages.
• Background within a contractor, consultant or developer environment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong client‑facing, communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑oriented approach.
